What are you going to do?

• Oversee
  -
  - end change management within the CAPS production perimeter;
• Assess and qualify change requests in terms of impact, risk, and compliance;
• Ensure all documentation, deliverables, and approvals meet CA-GIP standards;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business for planning and coordination;
• Manage change scheduling and resolve potential deployment conflicts;
• Lead CAB and E-CAB meetings, facilitating
  - making and escalation as needed;
• Monitor and evaluate change success
  - deployment, ensuring objectives are met;
• Coordinate
  - implementation reviews and propose continuous improvements.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in IT Change Management or a similar governance/control function;
• Proficiency in French at C1 level;
• Strong understanding of IT change lifecycle, risk assessment, and compliance processes (e. g. , CA-GIP, ITIL);
• Ability to assess technical and business impact of changes across IT systems;
• Experience coordinating
  - functional teams including operations, business, and technical stakeholders;
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Familiarity with deployment planning, impact analysis, and
  - implementation reviews;
• Experience leading CAB/E-CAB meetings and managing
  - related governance forums.
