We are currently looking for a Change Manager to support our client in their transition to a new SAP system.

Start: October 2025

Duration: 10+ months

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Language: English & Portuguese (French Beneficial)

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in business support for international information system (IS) deployments. Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and local constraints while respecting the global program framework.
• Previous Change Management experience to support local teams in transitioning to the new SAP system.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills to be able to quickly identify blockages and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Experience in writing training materials and organizing training sessions.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of French would be an additional asset.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure effective liaison between local and central teams.
