We are looking for a Change Manager to join our Team!

What will you do?

✔ Manage internal IT projects with a strong focus on change management.

✔ Establish and lead
- wide
- functional strategic initiatives.

✔ Drive complex international transitions and rollouts of IT infrastructure services.

✔ Implement defined processes and procedures while guiding operational and support teams.

✔ Support internal communications and training initiatives, promoting a
- centric culture.

✔ Engage senior leaders and coach teams through organizational changes.

✔ Foster collaboration through internal networks and new ways of working.

What do we need from you?

✔ 4–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Transition Manager in the IT sector.

✔ Solid background in change management and cultural transformation strategies.

✔ Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools.

✔ Strong ability to collaborate with
- functional teams and integrate change management into project plans.

✔ Experience defining success metrics, monitoring progress, and managing resistance to change.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with advanced
- solving abilities.

✔ Fluency in English (mandatory).
