Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead
- wide,
- functional strategic initiatives - Manage IT projects and

- day operations - Drive complex international transitions and infrastructure rollouts
- Implement procedures and processes for IT infrastructure solutions
- Guide operational teams and ensure smooth support activities
- Design and execute change strategies that transform ways of working
- Work with
- functional teams to embed change management in project plans - Define success metrics and monitor change progress
- Plan and deliver change interventions, manage resistance, and engage stakeholders
- Support internal communications, training, and foster a
- first culture - Coach senior leaders and teams through change initiatives
- Encourage collaboration through networks and new ways of working
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ proven experience as Project Manager and/or Transition Manager in IT
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and
- facing skills - Strong
- solving mindset
Other Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ability to simplify complex problems into workable solutions
- Customer focus and service delivery mindset
- Availability to work within the EU
