We are looking for a Change Manager to join us in Lisbon.

☒ Conceptualization and implementation of a change strategy to drive adoption of new work practices and support cultural transformation.

☒ Collaborate with
- functional teams to integrate change management into the project plan and drive execution.

☒ Establish success metrics and routines to monitor change progress and readiness.

☒ Plan and execute change interventions; manage resistance and engage stakeholders.

☒ Support internal communications, training initiatives, and promote a
- centric culture.

☒ Engage senior leaders and coach teams through change.

☒ Foster collaboration via internal networks and new ways of working.

☒ At least 4 to 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager and/or transition manager in the information technology sector

☒ Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices and tools

☒ Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem solving skills
