What we are looking for

We seek a proactive and communicative Channel Business Development Associate to join our Channel Sales team. You will drive partner acquisition in the UK, Nordics, and Benelux regions and contribute to our channel growth.

• Identify and approach new channel partners in target regions
• Manage partner onboarding, ensuring smooth transition to Channel Account Managers
• Organize and attend meetings with potential partners, representing Any
  Desk
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Technical Account Managers, and Channel Account Managers
• Contribute to global channel strategy development using market feedback

Basic Qualifications

• Strong listening, logical reasoning,
  - through, and communication skills
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Sales mindset, confident in initiating conversations and building relationships
• Proactive,
  - oriented, eager to find answers
• Experience in sales, renewals, or account management
• Team player with stakeholder collaboration skills
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch or Nordic language skills are a plus

• Understanding of channel business models and distribution structures
