- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and
- Execute joint

- market activities, including campaigns, events, and enablement
- Collaborate
- functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support partner
- Regularly report on partner performance, sales pipeline, and KPIs- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in the assigned market
You Bring- 3 – 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or business development, account management (B2B, preferably in tech/Saa
S or related fields)- Experience building local partner
- Fluent in: English, Italian- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience with partner portals, CRM systems (e. G. , Salesforce), and tracking partner
- Ability to work independently while engaging with both regional and international teams
Nice to Have- Existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in EMEA
- Background in Saa
S, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions
