The Chanel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with partners to drive mutual success and ensure alignment with Sage’s objectives. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, strategic thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset.
This is a hybrid position, with three days per week in our Lisbon office.
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with strategic partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
Partner Enablement and Support
- Provide partners with training, resources, and updates on products, programs, and campaigns to maximize engagement and success.
Performance Monitoring
- Track partner performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, KPIs) and conduct regular business reviews to ensure targets are met.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute joint initiatives and go‑to‑market strategies.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance, forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Fostering the safety culture by leading with your own example.
- Following established safety procedures and promptly reporting potential hazards to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
- Participating in safety training sessions and adhering to preventive guidelines and procedures to minimize risks and protect yourself and your colleagues.
