Position: Customer Relations Officer (H/F) in Porto, Portugal

In the context of business development, we are recruiting three Customer Relations Officers to handle residential claims files.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Contact insured clients to understand their claims
2. Apply insurance conventions
3. Explain the inspection process
4. Schedule appointments with experts

These tasks are not exhaustive and may include other duties.

Candidate profile

Minimum Bac +2 or at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally with 6 months experience in remote customer relations.

• Bilingual in French and Portuguese
• Good writing skills
• Ability to synthesize information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Listening skills and ability to foster a trusting work environment
