Job Title: Chat Customer Support Advisor - Remote
Location: Remote based in Portugal
Terms: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) / Full-Time 40h weekly

Salary: The annual gross salary for this role is €15, 250 (inclusive of holiday allowances). You will receive a €20 monthly internet allowance and a daily meal allowance of €7. 63.
Schedule: Current schedule is 15:30-00:00 UTC Monday to Friday. There is a high likelihood of team growth, and hours of operation may change soon.
Our Partner: Momence is an online events platform for businesses that create event pages, sell tickets, make video courses, and more. Momence helps clients save time and grow revenue by creating bespoke customer experiences and automating backend admin tasks such as bookings and lead management.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support to customers via live chat and occasionally email.
- Offer clear,

- step guidance to resolve questions and ensure a smooth customer experience. - Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and understanding of customer needs.
- Proactively engage with customers to exceed their expectations, offering solutions that leave a positive impression.
- Stay ahead of potential issues by identifying and addressing problems proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and contribute to process and product improvements.
- Maintain
- depth knowledge of the platform to assist customers effectively and confidently. - Contribute to building and updating internal resources and knowledge base articles.
- Demonstrate active listening and communicate complex information clearly.
- Uphold
- quality support standards through ongoing training and adherence to best practices.
Your Profile
About You
- 2-3 years experience in customer support, with a focus on live interactions; chat experience is essential. Experience with US, UK, Australian, or New Zealand customers is a plus.
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting tier 1 technical issues.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Adaptable to a
- paced environment and embracing change. - Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Curious, eager to learn, and contribute to continuous improvement.
