Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Chef d' Projet (French Speaker) to join our BPCE SI department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate
  - functional teams, fostering collaboration among technical and
  - technical personnel.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues impacting timelines and deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Conduct project meetings, document minutes and actions, ensuring accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within IT.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Proven collaboration experience with development teams.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e. g. , JIRA) and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional
  - solving skills and adaptability.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in French (written and spoken) as mandatory.
