Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Chef de Projet (French Speaker) to join our BPCE SI department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from conception through delivery;
• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
• Coordinate
  - functional teams, facilitating collaboration among technical and
  - technical personnel;
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting timelines and deliverables;
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes;
• Conduct project meetings, document minutes and action items, ensuring accountability and
  - up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field;
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the IT sector;
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and emerging technologies;
• Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding workflows;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills;
• Proficiency with project management tools (e. g. , JIRA) and agile methodologies;
• Exceptional
  - solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French (written and spoken) mandatory.
