Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Chef d'Projet (French Speaker) to join our BPCE SI department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from conception to delivery;
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget, and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
• Coordinate
  - functional teams, facilitating collaboration among technical and
  - technical personnel;
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues;
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates;
• Conduct project meetings, document minutes and action items, ensuring accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience;
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and emerging technologies;
• Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding workflows;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , JIRA) and agile methodologies;
• Excellent
  - solving skills and adaptability;
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in French (written and spoken) required.
