What will be your mission?
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the preliminary preparation, the cooking process, plating or presentation of
- quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Organize preparation work according to the menu and make the necessary requests.
- Participate in planning and purchasing food products for

- day use and for existing stocks, avoiding shortages. - Supervise junior chefs, effectively taking charge of certain sections in the kitchen to guarantee quality and compliance with defined procedures, intervening with them whenever necessary.
- Ensure that all dishes from your section are cooked to perfection and served on time.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring all tools and workspaces are clean, tidy, and functional.
- Elaborate, conserve, and organize the workspace for each service, minimizing product losses.
- Guarantee the presentation, quantity, and quality of each dish, based on established standards.
- Check and control the proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition of food items to ensure proper rotation (FIFO) and maintain quality.
- Handle reception, conservation, and organization of your departmental products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and neat work area.
- Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues.
- Be aware of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and customer service guidelines (HACCP).
- Professional experience in similar roles, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels or
- category restaurants/bars. - Vocational training in hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
- Fluency in the local language is required; knowledge of English is highly valuable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail.
