Chef de Rang – Bar (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your assigned bar or lounge area in daily operations
• Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, in line with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) guidelines
• Provide personalised service and expert advice to guests with a strong
  - oriented approach
• Support the Bar Manager in maintaining quality and service standards
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations within your section
• Oversee mise en place, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your workspace
• Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Assist in the training and supervision of commis, interns, and new team members
• Actively participate in special events, guest shifts, and
  - up experiences
• Represent the bar as a warm, professional, and welcoming host

Your Profile

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
• Professional experience in the 5-star segment, ideally familiar with LQA standards
• Passion for premium beverages and modern bar culture
• Strong sense of responsibility and a genuine host mentality
• Excellent team player with a high level of service orientation
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written);
  
  additional languages are a plus
• Well-groomed appearance and confident, professional demeanour
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
