Olivia Hotel will open its doors End 2025 as a 5-star hotel in Portugal. With Spanish roots and a marked international spirit, our restaurant will specialise in signature delicatessen tapas, made with top quality products and paired with the prestigious Mastinell cavas and wines.

We are looking for

kitchen staff who are passionate about gastronomy, with experience in cooking and committed to excellence. We want creative, responsible people with a team vocation, capable of bringing Spanish tradition to a context of international luxury.

We are looking for different positions to form our kitchen team:

• Cooks
• Kitchen assistants (demi chef)
• Stewarding

Your responsibilities

• Prepare tapas and dishes following the hotel's quality standards and the guidelines of the head chef.
• To guarantee the correct handling and conservation of top quality products.
• Maintain order, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate in the creation and improvement of the gastronomic offer.
• Work as a team to offer a unique culinary experience to our customers.

Requirements

• Previous hotel experience.
• Knowledge of modern and traditional Spanish culinary techniques.
• Passion for gastronomy and quality products.
• Ability to work under exacting standards and in a team.
• Attention to detail, discipline and creativity.
