Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, as well as a strong background in culinary arts. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, as well as ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work efficiently in a
- paced environment, and have a strong understanding of Portuguese cuisine. This is a
