As the Head Chef at our upscale restaurant in Funchal, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for cooking will inspire and motivate our team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect current food trends and meet our guests' preferences
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure efficient operation and minimize waste
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions that showcase your culinary expertise
- Manage budgetary concerns by controlling costs without compromising on quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, sanitation standards, and menu development
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a
- paced environment
