Happy Langos is a Ground Level Start-Up We need someone who is highly enthusiastic, passionate and ready to be dedicated to contributing to this newly visioned business.
Key Points we are looking for:
- NEWLY GRADS; Young wannabe chefs; anyone from age 20-30; anyone who wants knows and loves cooking :)
- Visionary as the Business Starters
- Looking to grow in and be part of a deeply friendly and meaningful environment
- Is passionate about not just the business but the art of cooking itself and brining results through heart and
- work - This is not another street food business to get ample sales but a
- term project to bring in and spread the joy of Hungarian delight in Portugal (in more countries later )- the Langos - so we will definitely want to make someone who understands and cares for this purpose :) - Ready to
- start in this cooking creative process and be part of the team aiming to yield success through spreading joy
General Points we are looking for:
- freelancer or permanent (temporary is fine for now even) chef to cook Langos
- Would much prefer an education background in hotel management / okay if not too
- Available to cook for 3-4 days a week for the assigned number of hours (it's a flexible environment hence timings will be managed based on the chef's availability)
- Would like Hungarian, but Non-Hungarian - totally is fine as well :)
- have prior experience (including - not professional yet - even if some general house cooking/ newly graduated in culinary arts) in cooking any kind of food / alternatively someone who has experience in cooking "really delicious snacks/meals"
- most preferrable age above 30 also okay)
What would you achieve from this Business:
- the profit of this business to the chef will depend on the sales and the hours used to prepare the Langos
- good chance to be a part of a growing business (possibly successful in grand way in future - depend on all of us :))
- can also be a great side gig for someone - if looking (can be discussed) :)
- Ofcourse, a great chance of turning a vision into a promising establishment - hence becoming the "Chief Chef" in the possible future.
- finally, "The chance" for a starter to jump start their career by expressing and showering their talent, (probably even getting international eventually ) with consistent passion and
- oriented efforts :)
