About the Role:

As a Front Desk Receptionist/Guest Experience Agent at Pestana Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth
- in and
- out process.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with
  - in and
  - out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is required;
  
  
  
  additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
