About the Role: As a Front Desk Receptionist/Guest Experience Agent at Pestana Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth
- in and
- out process.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with
   - in and
   - out procedures.
2. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
4. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
5. Provide information about local attractions and services.

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
2. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
