CTR/Hayco is a multinational manufacturing company looking for an Assistant Quality Test Lab to join our New Product Development team in Portugal.

The Assistant Quality Test Lab carry out all the necessary tests for the approval of chemical raw materials that enter the company and all the formulations made in the company according to the specifications, in accordance with the work instructions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspection raw materials - Carry out incoming inspection analyses of all raw materials entering the company, in accordance with the specifications, in accordance with the work instructions, under the supervision of the Analyst Technician in order to produce the product in accordance with that agreed with the client
• Execute analytical tests according to approved methods and procedures;
• Record and report results accurately, ensuring compliance with documentation and quality requirements;
• Maintain laboratory equipment, performing routine checks and reporting any deviations;
• Contributes to the continuous organization and cleanliness of the laboratory;
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely completion of testing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering field or vocational proved experience;
• 2 years of experience in similar role:
• Chemical analysis techniques;
• Handling laboratory equipment;
• Data collection and interpretation;
• Knowledge of good lab practices;
