What You'll be doing:

- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes and formulations.

- Conduct
- scale experiments and
- scale trials under supervision.

- Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

- Support the
- up of new processes.

- Collaborate
- functionally with Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement.

- Stay
-
- date with advancements in chemical engineering and materials science.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of experimental work in lab notebooks and digital formats.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

- Strong understanding of core chemical engineering principles (e. g thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, equipment design, process mass and energy balance).

- Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with standard chemical engineering equipment.

- Good analytical,
- solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic R&D environment.

- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

- As a plus:

- Experience with simulation tools (e. g. , ASPEN, OLI, Sys
CAD).

- Internship or project experience in R&D or process development.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards (e. g. , REACH.
