Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant / Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant / Financial Controller to manage the accounting and financial activities of a diversified group of companies operating across real estate, property management, hospitality, services, and investment holdings.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accounting and financial management of a
  - company group structure;
• Certified accounting duties, including accounting review and
  - end closing;
• Prepare and submit all tax declarations and ensure compliance with fiscal obligations;
• Preparation of annual reports and financial statements;
• Management of payroll processing and support in drafting employment contracts;
• Cash-flow management, analysis, and financial control;
• Provide overall financial control and strategic financial support to the group;
• Provide support in managing relationships with banks, legal advisors, and the Fund Management Company;
• Review and support as tax representative for clients (including IRS obligations);

Profile Requirements

• Certified Accountant (mandatory);
• Solid accounting experience across multiple companies, preferably with several years of experience in real estate;
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and corporate reporting;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Experience in administrative office management;
• Familiarity with financial management software (e. g. Eticadata, Primavera);
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
