Role Overview

As a Chief Accountant, you will build and scale the finance function from scratch. This is a pivotal role. You will be responsible for creating structured financial frameworks, driving transparency, and supporting the company’s
- growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of managerial and operational accounting for the PSP / fintech business.
• Design and implement a structured financial system and internal processes from the ground up.
• Drive automation across accounting: for example, in payouts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop transparent financial reporting,
  - based financial models, and clear unit economics.
• Collaborate closely with CFO, Treasury, and Analytics teams to align finance operations with broader business objectives.
• Ensure financial compliance and accuracy across all products, payment flows, and business lines.
• Build dashboards and analytics to provide financial insights and KPIs for management.
• Support internal and external audits, and continuously improve financial control processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in fintech, PSP, acquiring, or processing business.
• In-depth understanding of payment flows, settlement, reconciliation, and financial risk.
• Proven track record in setting up accounting processes from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools (e. g. , financial software, RPA, or BI tools).
