Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI Copilot team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, leadership, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing people across teams, ideally working on large systems.
• Machine Learning Expertise: Proven expertise in leading machine learning projects to production.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ML Product Delivery: Previous experience delivering ML products or in ML operations (MLOps).
• LLM Evaluation: Experience with recent tooling around LLM evaluation and monitoring.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL or DBT.

Tech Stack:

• Programming Languages: Python and Ruby codebase.
• Infrastructure: AWS infrastructure.
• Model Deployment: Pytorch local models.
• Pipeline Management: Airflow and Metaflow ML pipelines.
• Data Storage: S3, RDS My
  SQL, and Snowflake data storage.
• Containerization: Kubernetes using Docker deployment.
• LLM Technology: Heavy usage of LLM technology.
