We are seeking a dynamic and driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) to play a key role in expanding our reach and impact within the Portuguese-speaking market. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, contribute directly to our growth strategy, and make a significant impact in a
- paced healthtech industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team to drive growth strategies in the Portuguese-speaking market
• Identify and execute strategic opportunities for market expansion and user acquisition
• Lead key growth initiatives and projects, taking ownership from start to finish
• Build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Utilize strong networking to find opportunities and connections

What We Are Looking For:

• Proactive and driven individual with a strong growth mindset
• Proven experience in leadership or impactful project management OR experience in a startup environment, preferably in the Digital Healthcare sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
  - solving skills
• Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) and excellent English (C1)
• Strong networking and
  - building abilities
