Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy across all business verticals (e. g. crypto & i
Gaming) - Define monetization opportunities and revenue models for new and existing products/brands
- Identify strategic partnerships, commercial deals, and expansion channels
- Work with VP commercial, Revenue ops and Finance to define revenue growth targets (NDCs, GGR, CAC), build forecasting models aligned with commercial strategy and develop performance
Marketing Leadership
- Oversee the marketing function and guide
- aligned teams - Drive brand positioning, messaging, and demand generation efforts
- Align content, performance, and acquisition strategies with commercial objectives
- Build frameworks for scaling reach, reputation, and conversion across channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with GMs and Product teams to support launches and

- market initiatives - Coordinate Commercial team, marketing director and VP of revenue to ensure aligned execution
- Set strategy and frameworks for commercial performance while empowering GMs with executional autonomy within aligned guardrails
Revenue Enablement & Partner Relations
- Structure and negotiate partnership models (referrals, revenue share, syndication, etc. )
- Enable partner success through the right mix of product, content, and performance support
- Define commercial KPIs and oversee reporting dashboards

- A unified commercial and marketing roadmap across the Central team that can efficiently support individual ventures
- Clear revenue models and monetization pathways for both existing and emerging assets
- Improved visibility, performance, and positioning in

Requirements
- Experience in the i
Gaming industry, the Crypto, or preferably both - A strategic thinker with a strong foundation in performance marketing, (incl affiliation) partnerships, and revenue & ops strategy
- Strong industry experience in the Crypto industry or in the i
Gaming industry, preferably both - Cloud-to-ground thinking, able to operate at both 10, 000 m and 10 m, especially in the early days of the role
- Quantitative/analytical orientation -- analytically minded, with a track record of using data to drive
- making and optimize performance - Comfort in ambiguity or transformation -- thrives in evolving, ambiguous environments where playbooks are still being written
- Skilled at managing stakeholders, priorities, and reporting across multiple ventures
- A collaborator at heart, capable of leading
- functional efforts and unlocking growth
