About The Job

- The Chief Conduct and Control Officer (CCCO) is responsible for overseeing the
- financial risks framework across multiple business lines, acting as the first line of defense and bridging operations/IT and compliance.

Your Main Activities Are

- Deploy and monitor the Securities Services Conduct program, including strengthening the Conduct control framework within the context of the Financial Remediation Framework plan.

- Supervise and facilitate the operational control framework for the business line (deployment and execution of control plans, Risk Control Self Assessment campaigns, incident monitoring, Volcker certification, etc. ).

- Manage the Third-Party Risk Management operational framework, ensuring compliance with European Banking Authority guidelines.

- Serve as the New Activity Committee (NAC) manager, overseeing validation of new activities and transactions, including remediation actions.

- Coordinate and lead the setup of a Control Tower for regulatory reporting.

- Lead
- hoc projects related to risk management, CCCO transformation, and other responsibilities such as Record Management and financials.

- Establish and develop a project coordination team to support Group control and CCCO projects, focusing on operational resilience and manual payment security.

Profile And Skills To Success

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Law.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Operations, or Compliance.

- Fluent in English (C1-C2) and advanced in French.

- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail, rigor, and process development capabilities.

- Ability to build and leverage networks.

- Knowledge of custody services.

- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point).
