Main Responsibilities Brand & Creative Direction: Guide the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all markets, ensuring a unified and innovative presence. Concept Development & Copywriting: Translate ideas and strategy into compelling concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations. Production Involvement: Take an active part in photo and video shoots — from concept and script to creative supervision during production. Campaign Ownership: Drive major creative projects (product launches, collaborations, seasonal campaigns) from ideation to final delivery. Cross-Platform Storytelling: Ensure the brand message is consistent and engaging across digital, social, retail, and customer experience channels. Team Mentorship: Inspire and collaborate with designers, content creators, and brand specialists, nurturing creativity and
- quality output. Creative Innovation: Monitor cultural and digital trends, proposing fresh ideas and new content formats that keep the brand relevant and inspiring. Your Profile Degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or related area (preferred);



Proven experiencein creative leadership roles;



Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and executional excellence;



Excellent writingand concept development abilities;



Experience with creative production (photo/video shoots, storyboarding, scripting);



Capable of balancing visionary direction with
- on delivery;



Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills;
