Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the accounting department;
- Coordinate the yearly audit and provide all required documentation;
- Controlling: prepare the annual budget and monthly financial reports; provide profitability analysis;
- Cash management;
- Bank financing: oversee bank loans and ensure that all bank accounts are fully operational;
- Investor relations: prepare board meetings and address shareholders’ inquiries;
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and collaborate on term financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear, actionable insights to optimise resources and improve processes;
- Significant experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting (typically 10+ years).
- Proficiency in Primavera ERP.
- Language skills: Portuguese (C2 level), English (B1 level), essential for internal and external communication;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, accounting qualifications are a plus.
