Working closely with the CEO and forming a crucial part of the Senior management team, the CFO will play a central role in executing a global growth plan and enabling the company’s ambition to drive the extensive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Operations:
  
  Develop
  - term financial strategies, managing capital structure, and driving
  - efficiency.
• Leadership & Team Building:
  
  Lead Corporate Finance, FP&A and Accounting;
  
  building regional teamsand fostering a culture of accountability.
• Reporting & Compliance:
  
  Deliver timely, accurate financial info;
  
  ensure compliance with global standards, regulatory laws, and tax requirements.
• Commercial Leadership:
  
  Lead negotiations and authorship across all contractual negotiations globally.
• Transformation & Systems:
  
  Drive global restructuring, implement ERP systems to create a coherent global Finance function.
• Risk & Investment:
  
  Identify financial risks, guide investment decisions, and maintain internal controls.
• Culture & Influence:
  
  Be a firm yet supportive voice in the business, balancing performance with ethical leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Strong commercial and strategic acumen.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, and Corporate Finance.
• Experience building scalable finance functions from the ground up.
• Skilled in
  - currency,
  - jurisdictional operations and compliance.
• Strong negotiator with legal and commercial contract experience. Proven leadership in

  - paced environments.
