We are partnering with a rapidly growing healthtech company to hire a COO/CFO to join their executive team. This is a critical requirement for a strategic leader with deep financial expertise and operational acumen to help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

What we’re looking for:

We need someone who brings both vision and execution – a
- on leader who can drive operational efficiency while steering financial strategy and fundraising efforts.

Key Requirements:

• Corporate Finance & Fundraising Expertise : Proven track record in managing fundraising rounds (VC/private equity), investor relations, and cap table management.
• Saa
  S Business Knowledge : Strong understanding of Saa
  S metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn), subscription models, and unit economics.
• FP&A & Financial Control : Robust experience in budgeting, financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, and internal controls.
• Operational Leadership : Demonstrated experience managing
  - functional teams (finance, HR, ops) and scaling international operations.
• High-Growth Environment : Background in
  - growth Saa
  S/tech businesses, ideally at Series A/B/C stages.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local compliance, tax, and legal frameworks.
• Languages : Fluent in English ; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Location : Based in Portugal or open to relocating .
