We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead our AI Copilot team in delivering
- edge features for our customers. As the team lead, you will oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML powered features at Zendesk scale.

• Lead a team of experienced Machine Learning Engineers and Scientists, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with existing ML/AI leadership to enhance software delivery and service reliability.
• Recruit new talent and facilitate a smooth, engaging interview process.
• Create an environment where diverse perspectives can thrive.
• Contribute actively to your team's continuous improvement and its members' career advancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams, ideally with expertise in

• Previous experience in delivering ML products or MLOps.
• Familiarity with recent tools for LLM evaluation and monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL or DBT.
