Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing and brand strategy for a prestigious luxury branded residence and lifestyle group. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to take a brand from regional recognition to global prominence.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an innovative marketing executive who understands the intersection of luxury hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, and F&B experiences, and who can craft aspirational narratives that resonate across cultures and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Brand Expansion: Develop and execute the group’s international brand strategy, positioning the company as a leader in luxury living, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences.
- Marketing Leadership: Oversee all marketing, communications, digital, and PR initiatives across multiple markets and business units.
- Brand Development: Elevate the brand identity and customer experience across residential, hospitality, and entertainment touchpoints.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Build strategic alliances with global lifestyle, luxury, and F&B brands to enhance visibility and desirability.
- Digital & Innovation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data, content, and emerging technologies to drive engagement and sales.
- Market Intelligence: Identify global trends and new opportunities in luxury real estate, branded residences, and lifestyle sectors.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow a
- class marketing organization aligned with the company’s vision and growth ambitions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience (10+ years), ideally within luxury hospitality, branded residences, lifestyle, entertainment venues, or F&B.
- Track record of global brand building, market launches, and international expansion.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking with a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of scaling a brand and driving innovation in
- evolving markets. - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across multiple media channels.
- EU citizenship (required).
- Ability to travel across Europe as required.
- Fluent in English;
additional European or international languages a plus.
