Role Summary
Zoop seeks a VP or CMO-level Marketing Leader with dual fluency in Web2 and Web3 growth strategies . This executive will define and lead Zoop’s marketing and creator acquisition engine , scaling campaigns during a token-driven growth phase .
The ideal candidate is strategic and
- on, capable of:
- Driving global B2C user acquisition and retention .
- Leading Web3 adoption for
- crypto natives . - Managing brand positioning, community dynamics, and partnerships .
- Delivering impact under lean budgets and evolving resources .
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Design and execute integrated B2C acquisition and engagement strategies for creators and fans.
- Brand & Messaging: Position Zoop for mass-market clarity while preserving Web3 authenticity.
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate on GTM activations with partners such as Eurovision, Hedera, PCCW, Beatport.
- Community & Web3 Dynamics: Guide
- based growth strategies (airdrops, staking, loyalty rewards). - Performance & Analytics: Build a data-driven engine optimizing CAC/LTV, virality, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a peer to Product, Tech, and BD teams.
- Token Launch Support: Drive creator and user growth for TGE and
- launch phases.
Ideal Profile
- 10–15 years in growth or marketing leadership (Web2 or hybrid Web2/Web3).
- Proven ability to scale consumer or
- led platforms from early to
- growth stages. - Strong command of Web3 token economies, airdrops, and community incentives .
- Expertise in GTM execution, media relations, and storytelling .
- Operational experience managing lean teams and

- dollar budgets . - Background in creator/influencer ecosystems a strong plus.
- Global mindset with flexibility for remote-first collaboration across time zones.
