The AI Team

The AI Team aims to leverage AI and ML to provide personalized,
- quality clinical care at scale. In collaboration with the clinical team, we develop ML-powered features that identify the best course of action for each patient, considering all relevant nuances, and strive to make the AI care experience as close as possible to a 1:1 session with a Physical Therapist. Projects include decision support systems for clinical prescriptions, member assistance ranking systems, and engagement tools highlighting relevant data points.

Examples include projects like “Phoenix” and other decision support systems that empower Physical Therapists to deliver
- class care.

Note: AI experience is not required for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a force multiplier for leadership, driving initiatives;
• Provide strategic input and challenge assumptions as a thought partner;
• Manage and deliver strategic projects, coordinating stakeholders;
• Own and facilitate AI team processes such as offsites and alignment sessions;
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions;
• Serve as a liaison between the AI team and other departments;
• Create executive reports on strategic initiatives, translating complex info into insights.

What You Need to Have:

• 2+ years experience in
  - paced tech, consulting, or operational roles at
  - ups;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Proven ability to execute quickly;
• Experience managing
  - functional projects from start to finish;
• Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively;
• Stakeholder management skills;
• Comfort with metrics and analytics;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Curiosity about AI/ML and eagerness to learn;
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, etc. ).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting AI/ML teams in a business setting;
• Experience building processes from scratch in
  - growth environments.
