Role Description

This is a
- time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Portugal, with some work from home acceptable. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological direction, managing the product development lifecycle, and leading project management efforts. The role also involves developing strategies, ensuring robust architectural frameworks, and driving product development initiatives. The CTO will collaborate closely with
- functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into the construction process and ensure the company’s technological vision aligns with its business goals.

• Software, Hardware and Product Development skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Experience in Strategy.
• Experience with System Architecture, Requirements, and Roadmaps.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent

• Proven track record of innovation and implementation in
  - driven projects.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with robotics.
• Experience with construction. (not mandatory but would be great)
• Engineering background.
• Candidate based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Someone who has taken a product from concept to final product including qualification, certification, industrialisation and commercialisation.
