Role Description

Peratera is seeking a
- time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The position is based in London, with flexibility for remote work. As CTO, you will be responsible for leading the company's overall technology strategy and execution. This includes overseeing software development, product engineering, IT infrastructure, technical architecture, and project management on a daily basis. You will play a critical role in shaping Peratera's technology roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You Will Do

• Define and lead Peratera's technical architecture, infrastructure, and technology stack to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and execute the company's
  - term technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the

  - end software development lifecycle, ensuring
  - quality code, efficient delivery, and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, compliance, and executive teams to shape and deliver innovative features and services.
• Build, lead, and mentor a

  - functional engineering team.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including Dev
  Ops, CI/CD, security, and documentation standards.
• Evaluate and implement
  - party technologies, APIs, and integrations to expand Peratera's capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits from a technology and data security perspective.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Peratera at the forefront of innovation in the fintech space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.
• Proven expertise in IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Strong background in the payments, banking, or fintech industry (required).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
