Role Description

- time hybrid role located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Portugal.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Trafero, you will oversee software development, project management, tech strategy, system architecture, and product development. You will drive technological innovation, lead the engineering team, and ensure seamless execution of Trafero's technology roadmap.

Qualifications

Excellent in Software Development and Architecture

Strong Project Management and IT Strategy skills

Experience in Product Development

In-depth understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
