What you'll do:

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Build strong engagement with senior leaders across business teams.
• Manage steering committees and guarantee clear
  - making.
• Coordinate suppliers and enforce governance standards.
• Challenge current processes and promote a simplicity approach while securing stakeholder
  - in.
• Identify and manage dependencies between programs and workstreams.
• Oversee
  - off with
  - party system integrators and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years of relevant program management experience.

Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English (Spanish is a plus).

Proven track record in all lifecycle phases of
- scale transformations.

Ability to understand business issues and assess technical impact.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and coaching skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Experience managing
- workstream,
- site projects with conflicting priorities.

Familiarity with formal Project Management methodologies and tools.

Hands-on, proactive attitude with resilience and motivation.
