Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement CIAM solutions integrating Salesforce with Forge
  Rock IDP.
• Configure SAML 2. 0, OAuth2, Open
  ID Connect for federated authentication and SSO/MFA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable social login, consent management, and risk‑based adaptive auth.
• Ensure identity provisioning, attribute sync, and session management between Salesforce and Forge
  Rock.
• Define access policies and optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Create technical documentation and mentor teams on CIAM best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years as a CIAM Specialist (or equivalent role).
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Customer Identity and Forge
  Rock IDP (realms, journeys, identity trees).
• Expertise in OAuth2, SAML 2. 0, Open
  ID Connect.
• Ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.
