We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate
- related initiatives across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that vulnerabilities and risks are effectively managed and remediated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of IT security initiatives, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities and risks are properly tracked, prioritized, and addressed;
• Capture and manage project requirements, epics, stories, and tasks using Jira or equivalent tools;
• Maintain
  -
  - date information on task progress, dependencies, blockers, and timelines in the project tracking system;
• Align with Security Engineers to ensure the timely execution of remediation actions related to vulnerabilities identified through Prisma Cloud, Snyk and Wiz;
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders - including engineering, product, leadership, and security teams - to align expectations, negotiate deadlines, and provide regular progress updates;
• Drive project
  - up meetings, track blockers, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are proposed and executed;
• Contribute to the development of structured dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress and overall security posture improvements;
• Promote stakeholder awareness by communicating risks, mitigation efforts, and their business impact in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in IT projects;
• Proven experience managing projects using work tracking tools such as Jira (or equivalent Agile project management platforms);
• Solid understanding of information security principles and familiarity with tools like Prisma Cloud, Snyk and Wiz;
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, compliance, or security frameworks, or equivalent practical experience;
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure project visibility, traceability, and accountability;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and
  - technical audiences;
• Experience leading
  - functional teams that include Security Engineers, Dev
  Ops, or Software Developers;
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with strong project coordination and oversight capabilities.
