About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and
- driven Routing, Switching, and Wireless Customer Success Manager who acts as an advisor for the customer regarding product and service implementation, including consulting and support. Drives high adoption levels of products and services. Increases the usage of licenses and service hours. Responsible for identifying new sales, upselling,
- selling opportunities, and transferring them to the sales team, ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Serves as the point of contact between the customer and internal departments. Creates opportunities based on data obtained from customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create workplans for each account to drive Customer Success initiatives.
- Engage regularly with customers to monitor product adoption and consumption levels.
- Attend to customer escalations promptly and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Log all activities related to accounts and opportunities in the relevant platforms.
- Conduct product training tailored to customer needs.
- Analyze customer and account data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Provide insights to the company based on customer interaction data.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in the IT Channel.
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Wireless.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to interact effectively with higher management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Negotiation skills and ability to promote ideas persuasively.
- Empathy and sensitivity to others' needs and concerns.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
