Join our team as a Citrix Administrator (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments, ensuring optimized application delivery and seamless user experience across
  - premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor Citrix Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC) appliances for load balancing, secure remote access, and application delivery, implementing TLS VPNs, MFA, and robust security measures.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments, including session performance and application availability, using tools like Citrix Director and Control
  Up.
• Optimize user experience by fine‑tuning Citrix policies, profiles, and resource allocation, and by conducting regular performance assessments.
• Deploy and manage Control
  Up dashboards for real‑time monitoring and performance insights, leveraging automation to streamline troubleshooting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data protection and access control.
• Generate and analyze system reports to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other enterprise systems, providing technical support and training to end users and staff.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices to maintain efficient system management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid hands‑on experience in Citrix (Virtual Apps and Desktops), Citrix Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management.
• Experience with Control
  Up for real‑time performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL VPNs).
• Proficiency in Power
  Shell scripting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Citrix environments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and train users.
