Overview

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in administering, supporting, and optimizing Citrix environments and enterprise network infrastructure;
• Strong knowledge of Citrix solutions, including Virtual Apps & Desktops, Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC), ADM, and Workspace Environment Management (WEM);
• Hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance reporting using Control
  Up;
• Solid understanding of enterprise network components such as DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs;
• Proficiency in automating administrative and operational tasks through Power
  Shell scripting;
• Ability to ensure high availability, security, and performance of virtualization and network services;
• Strong collaboration skills with support, security, and infrastructure teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives;
• Analytical mindset,
  - oriented approach, and strong teamwork abilities;
• Citrix certifications (CCP-V, CCE-V, or equivalent) are a plus;
• Additional knowledge of virtualization technologies, Microsoft server environments, and infrastructure automation is highly valued;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
