Position : Citrix Engineer

Location : Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week at the client’s office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required: and English (minimum B2) French (is a plus)

We’re looking for a Citrix Engineer with experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Net
Scaler (Citrix ADC) to manage, optimize, and support Citrix environments. You’ll work on performance tuning, secure access, and system integration, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Citrix CVAD and Net
  Scaler environments
• Implement and monitor TLS VPNs, MFA, and security standards
• Use Control
  Up to monitor performance, automate tasks, and optimize user experience
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies
• Collaborate with IT teams and provide support/training to users
• Document systems and processes

Requirements:

• Experience with Citrix CVAD, Net
  Scaler, and Control
  Up
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• English B2 minimum; French is a plus
