Key Responsibilities:

• Citrix CVAD: Design, implement, and manage Virtual Apps & Desktops; troubleshoot performance issues.

• Net
Scaler (Citrix ADC): Configure and maintain for load balancing, secure remote access, MFA, and VPNs.

• Optimization: Enhance user experience through policies, profiles, and Control
Up insights.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Use Citrix Director and Control
Up for performance monitoring and reporting.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.

• Collaboration: Work with IT teams, provide support, and document processes.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Citrix CVAD and Net
Scaler.

• Strong troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience with Control
Up or similar tools.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;

• Customer focus and service delivery;

• Availability to work in EU.
