What you are going to do?

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments;
• Optimize application delivery and user experience across
  - premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix CVAD, including session performance and application availability;
• Configure and maintain Net
  Scaler appliances for load balancing, application delivery, and secure remote access;
• Implement TLS VPNs, MFA authentication, and other robust security measures to protect user access and sensitive data;
• Monitor and optimize Net
  Scaler performance to ensure high availability and scalability;
• Ensure a seamless user experience by
  - tuning Citrix policies, profiles, and resource allocation;
• Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvements based on user feedback;
• Use insights from Control
  Up and other tools to implement improvements based on
  - time user feedback and performance data;
• Set up and configure Control
  Up dashboard to monitor and manage
  - time performance across Citrix environments;
• Use Control
  Up insights to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring an optimized
  - user experience;
• Generate and analyze performance reports using Control
  Up to guide
  - making and system improvements;
• Leverage automation features within Control
  Up to streamline troubleshooting and administrative tasks;
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data protection and access control;
• Use tools like Citrix Director and Control
  Up Insight to monitor system health and performance;
• Generate regular reports on system usage, performance, and potential areas for improvement;
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other enterprise systems;
• Provide technical support and training to end users and IT staff;
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure efficient system management.

What are we looking for?

• Expert: minimum 5 years on a similar role;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps and Desktops), Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management;
• Hands-on experience with Control
  Up for dashboard and
  - time performance monitoring and troubleshooting;
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs;
• Scripting skills in Power
  Shell;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
