We are looking for a Citrix Expert to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Tasks

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments, ensuring optimized application delivery and user experience across
  - premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures.
• Configure and maintain Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC) appliances for load balancing, application delivery, and secure remote access.
• Implement TLS VPNs, MFA authentication, and other robust security measures to protect user access and sensitive data.
• Monitor and optimize Net
  Scaler performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Deploy and configure Control
  Up dashboards to monitor and manage
  - time performance across Citrix environments.
• Use insights from Control
  Up to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring an optimized
  - user experience.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data protection and access control.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other enterprise systems, providing technical support, documentation, and training to end users and IT staff.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Citrix Expert role.
• Strong expertise in Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps and Desktops) and Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC).
• Hands‑on experience with Control
  Up, Citrix Director, and related monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of security principles, including TLS, MFA, and VPN configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
