We are building teams to create these homes, which feature the latest in modern design and technology. Our head office is in Lisbon for design and support teams, with a production facility in Setubal for building and construction teams.

To create, improve, and protect our environment through planning and designing construction, we are looking to expand our team with a highly committed Civil Engineer.

If you join us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Development of structural projects (licensing and detail phase) with a focus on sustainability in construction
2. Development of other engineering projects (preferably Hydraulic, Thermal, Acoustic, Fire risk)
3. Managing external communications with local entities regarding engineering licensing projects
4. Estimating quantities and costs of materials
5. Supporting project development during construction

Qualifications required

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of applicable legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto
  CAD, Archicad
• Deep understanding of construction, materials, and pricing
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize solutions
• Reliability and independence
• Team motivation
• Down-to-earth and confident demeanor
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a plus
